    Whey Protein

    I got some protein from allthewhey.com and it has 2 grams of carbs per serving in it. My question is would those 2 carbs be bad for me 15 min after cardio on empty stomach for my pro/fat meal? Chocolate Mint is really good

    One more question, would green veggies for last meal of day in a pro/fat meal be harmfull to cutting diet?

    2 grams of carbs in your shake would be fine. Veggies in a pro/fat meal should be fine, but is somewhat dependent on what they are. Something like broccoli, etc. is fine.

    Wouldn't you want to wait like 45 after cardio to take that shake? I hit the search button a few times to pop some info that you can still burn fat for like an hour after cardio... but i could be wrong

    Wait for aprox. 30 min and down the whey with some flax or almonds to slow down the absorption and you're golden, down't worry about the 2g

    If you go pro/fat you can eat almost right away. If you go pro/carb post cardio, wait 45 mins

    Actually, Cryo is "right" because a protein/fat offering does nothing to stimulate insulin release, thus not interfering w/post cardio lipolysis at all.

    I actually taught him that.
