What do you take before & after you workout? Also after how many meals do you train in the gym?
dex/pro shake as soon as you finished training. and a pro/fat meal ppwo
Your Post workout meal should consist of 40% Protein 50% Cars & 10% fats

PWO= 2:1 (dex/whey protein isolate), PPWO= pro/carb(carb should be complex,ie-yams, brown rice, oats) I also think one should take R-ALA w/ these meals.
can you take Gaturade and protein for PWO?
no...I asked that once....
Some peeps use Simple carbs and lean protein some people use dairy based products and fruit some peeps use steak and veggies ... personally i like a high GI COMPLEX carb to keep high insulin to aid in protein synthesis to prevent catabolism(canabolism? :D)
