    PWO= 2:1 (dex/whey protein isolate), PPWO= pro/carb(carb should be complex,ie-yams, brown rice, oats) I also think one should take R-ALA w/ these meals.

    Some peeps use Simple carbs and lean protein some people use dairy based products and fruit some peeps use steak and veggies ... personally i like a high GI COMPLEX carb to keep high insulin to aid in protein synthesis to prevent catabolism(canabolism? )

    Pre-WO= pro/fat (pro/carb on carb-up days)
    PWO= 45g whey, 90g dext

    # of meals before working out depends on the schedule and what time I work out... Most of the time 1-3...
