i need some input on my diet please
I'm 24 years old, 6", 210 lbs. not sure about the body fat but my waist is about 32-31 if that helps.
does the following diet seems sufficient with a cyionate/deca cycle??
9:00 am 5 egg whites, 250 ml skim milk, 1/2 cup raw oats, 30 g whey
11:00 am 1 bagel w/ cream cheese
1:30 footlong subway chicken sandwich (value of 55g protein, 60 carbs)
5:00 pm 3.5 oz chicken breast, 3 oz chicken thigh (grilled), 3 oz vegies, 3 oz rice.
7:30 250 g boiled plain pasta
post workout 11:00 350 g red meat (grilled)
1:00 am 30 g whey, 200 ml skim milk, 1 cup low fat yogurt.
can i get some help please?!!
