Talking Yes, yet ANOTHER "critique my diet" post :O

Hey yo bro's, long time reader... first time poster. I have read the stickies and compiled a little old diet here that I think will fit my needs. I just need to run this by you guys since yall know your shit. Lemme know if this is good to go or if it needs to be changed up a bit. I tried going for the gain lean muscle mass diet. I also want to take the BSN NO-Xplode before my workouts since I've heard good things about it. I might also take some clen to shed some of the belly fat I have and might gain. Want to get lean muscle only. I lift 3 days a week and do empty stomach cardio 5 days a week. Cardio is 50 minutes of walking around 75% heart rate. Then I do abs right after my cardio. Go home soon after and then get my cardio days diet going. Lifting is M (chest/shoul/tri) W (bi/back) F (legs). Is my lifting too early? SHould I space it after my second meal instead since I do cardio first thing?

Right now I am a little over 6 feet and around 186 pounds last I checked. I want to be around 190-195 leaned out muscle. I dont want to be huuuge, just nice and lean. I am not sure on my BF, sorry. My guess is like 15-20%. I have no idea. Here is my diet, lemme know whatcha' think!

I thought WHole WHeat Bread is OK? I can sub the cottage cheese with chicken/veggie soup. Is there anything else that I should work on. I'd like as much response/feedback as possbile before i go ahead with this diet. Thanks!

You read the stickies? Your diet doesn't mirror either of the patterns stuck atop the page. (also bars are crap)

I read the stickies and went over it again. Here is the cutting diet:

    Meal 1:
    Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax

    Meal 3:
    Veggies, Lean Protein

    Workout

    Meal 4:
    PWO Nutrition

    Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.

    Meal 6:
    Shake with Flax

I can see my non-lifting days might need work, but on my lifting days it mirrors the cutting diet (except maybe meal 5 - but I thought eating steak and cheese is good, you know having a pro/fat meal?)

I will sub my chicken/bread meal for chicken/veggies, and the bar is only for convenience (is it ok to sub that with real un-processed turkey breast and whole wheat bread?). The cottage cheese seems ok as it is included in the lean muscle mass diet as well. I trried my best to divide pro/fat and pro/carb meals. Other then this, I don't know what else is specifically wrong.

NO-Xplode and CLen, no you cant do it. You cannot take any other stimulate on clen, and no-xplode has caffeine, or at least i read it did. If you want to grow you want to find out how many calories you need to maintain. I would suggest adding more calories on your off day when you start taking clen, although there are many factors on gaining weight like metabolism, i think taking clen and having 2k calories will really restrict your weight gain. And your workouts, you need to do legs. please go to workout forum to figure out more about that. Anyway, im late for school, bye! and good luck with everything
