breakfast
Im in a rush in the mornings and usually eat leftovers, like chicken and rice or something.
What harm would be in having some protein and dex like a 600 cal shake in the am for my Breakfast?
My goal is to gain mass but not fat mass.
I cant stress how much I do not like oats, they wreak havoc on my bowels.
No time for eggs and really could just pass on em.

Eating pure sugar for breakfast after just waking up and being sedentary for 8 hours or so is perhaps the worst thing one could possibly ever do on planet earth in regards to physical fitness/betterness no matter what the goal.
Dextrose is used to replinish quickly diminished glycogen stores only, and only after extensive weight training exercise.

Welp thanks swole. I ended up having 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, 2 piece toast, 1 banana and 1 scopp protein powder.
Im sure I would get tired of that every day though.
