hey guys im 3 weeks into my cycle deca/sustanon 250 / prop and i wanna start cutting ive been eating everything i see had 4 big macs last night.. so i got the mod to start running again.. just finished my cardio its 8 am.. gonna wait 45 mins before a meal .. ive got protein powder 220 cals 40 grams 0 1.5 g fat 1 g carb.. and ive got sweet potato and potato's and tuna.. i was gonna nuke a normal potato + tuna and have a shake with it or should i have sweet potato since its after cardio? and i wont have a meal until 4 pm i got university all day cant leave class.. and YEAH 5 mins to nuke a sweet potato as well????
