    lunch help

    Guys Ineed help with lunch. I work as a courier so I drive all day. Hard to really eat chicken breast or the like. I also can't stand tuna got food posioning once just the smell makes me gag. I know sandwiches but I thought lunch meat was bad. Also it is a pro/carb meal and I am a diabetic so it has to be that otherwise my blood suagr lvel drops to low in afternoon.
