whats up,
im about 6'3 300 pounds.........and im a really picky eater so this is the diet i came up w/, i plan on eating about every 2 hours, tell me how it sounds?
-Glass of water w/ L-glutamine
-Cardio
-meal 1
bowl of cereal
or
4 egg whites with fruit
-meal 2
toasted crossaint w/ ham and fruit
- Weight Training
-meal 3
protein shake
-meal 4
Lean Protein and veggies
-meal 5
Lean Protein and broccoli or green beans or rice
-meal 6
protein shake and flax oil
I was wondering how bad the crossiant w/ ham is? and am i eating enough? are my sides for diinner ok? im assuming it needs alot of work
