Right now for my cutting diet i eat all my carbs for breakfast and pre workout(at about 3 oclock). Now i was wondering how i should adjust my mid day carbs for cardio. I cannot do it in the morn, but can do it any time after 3 oclock. Should i eat carbs at 3 then do cardio after, should i skip the carns for lunch n eat them after, how should i adjust my carb intake for afternon cardio?
