    diet gurus...

alright, read through the how to bulk thread, calculated my numbers and then added on to the diet in the aforementioned thread. the problem is that now my numbers are all skewed. i've got like 30%fat, 20%carbs and 50% protein???
i am 6'1", 263lbs, 12-14%bf, training for roughly six years. goal weight of 275
    diet is as follows:
    1. 10 egg whites
    1 cup dry oats
    22g protein
    2. 16oz lean ground beef rinsed
    2oz mozzarella cheese
    5 flowerets of broccoli
    3. 1 large chicken breast
    1 large yam
    4. 2 cans tuna
    1 tbsp nonfat miracle whip
    5 flowerets of broccoli
    5. 44g whey protein
    80g dextrose
    6. 1 large chicken breast
    1/2 cup dry brown rice
    7. 2 cans tuna
    1 tbsp nonfat miracle whip
    2 tbsp natty peanut butter
    8. 66g whey protein

-where does the flax oil fit in?
-where would i go about increasing my carbs to 40% or is that overkill, assuming that im aiming for 40/20/40?
-any other suggestions would be helpful
    thnx

k first are you lean bulking or just bulking and dont care about putting some fat on?

    i would use a 45pro/35carb/20fat

fat should be in a separate meal than carbs to avoid the fat being easily stored from the insulin spike.

your last meal should be a lean protein or yet get some casein protein, whey shakes will absorb too quickly and leave you in an anabolic state when you grow the most(when you sleep).

trueprotein.com has some good stuff. what you can do is take 13.25 multiply that by your LEAN body mass(i dont know why people use their actually wieght in equations, why would you want enough calories to support fat?) so try that and adjust it when needed, if you arent gaining then add 100cal at a time or so, if you're putting too much fat on then subtract 100cal at a time.
