Lemme explain myself better since the above posts makes me look like an ass without constructive "criticism"

Any diet based around one food is bad for you. Period. You can't always eat the same thing 8 times a day. You will sooner than later lack nutrients, vitamins and minerals that your body needs to function. All those minerals and nutrients are found in the variety of food you eat. Plus, you'll probably get fed up real quick with eating only pancakes and will give up real fast on your diet.

    looooooooooooooool

I though you were asking about a "pancake diet" like in "I only pancakes 8 times a day"

I was like "WTF?"... It was in the same vein as in the "Cheeseburger Diet"

    1. they're a lot better whole-grain carbohydrate choices (oat meal etc.)

    2. tho complex, (whole wheat) flour still digests too fast

    3. most people are wheat sensitive..even if they don't know it. symptoms can be as discreet as gas...or water retention.
