    Lazy after eating oats

In the mornings when i eat my oats i get really tired, does anyone feel the same thing? I have to have nice cup of coffee to get rid of the sluggishness.

Can't say I feel the same... Maybe it's a psychological thing.

I wake up, do my 45 mins, wait 30 mins then eat my egg whites/oats/pro powder.

I'm hyped the entire day myself.

If I put milk in the mix, I feel exactly the same thing; that mix really makes bad digestions...
