    Eating whole eggs?

Is eating whole eggs as part of a pro/fat meal ok to do? I want to include a pro/fat meal in my diet that consists of 3 boiled eggs and a can of tuna with some low fat mayo. I know egg whites are the way to go but they're more expensive and I like my eggs boiled. The only other fat/pro meal I use is a flax/casien protien shake before bed.

Yep it's fine as long as it fits into your nutrient and calorie requirments.

Three egg yokes are about 13.5 grams of fat, so I think you're good as long as your low fat mayo isn't too high in fat(I don't eat the stuff.)

Why is this your only OTHER pro/fat meal?
Does this mean you are getting 4-5 pro/carb meals?

Obviously, if you have high cholesterol or family history of high cholesterol, you want to avoid a high cholesterol diet. Otherwise, eggs are full of aminos and they're delicious as well! (although the saturated fat could pose a problem if you're eating 3 yolks at every pro/fat meal..)

the ammount of cholesterol in products you eat has almost no impact on blood cholesterol levels so dont worry about eating egg yolks.

Yolks have gotten a bad reputation but is a bit over 50% unsaturated fats if I remember right and filled with vitamins so its not that bad.

The biological value of the protein from whole eggs is 100 while the whites alone are only 88. btw, i've started using safflower oil mayo and its a hell of a lot better than the low fat stuff.
