Hows my cutting Diet?
Hi im 20 yo; 1.90 meters thats about mmm 6'2" maybe 6'3" aprox 10% body fat ; 196 LBS
BreakFast
---------
1/2 Cup of outmeal mixed with protein powder ( 4 flavor )
1 Small Tortilla with mushrooms
5 eggs whites
1 complete egg
Meal#2
--------
1 Can of tuna
1Table spoon of Olive oil
Protein Shake
Meal#3
--------
2 Chicken Breast
Veggies ( Broccoli )
1 Banana
1 Low fat Yougurt
(= Workout =)
--------
Meal#4
--------
PWO :P
Meal#5
--------
2 Chicken Breast
Veggies ( Broccoli )
1/2 cup of oatmeal with protein powder
1 orange
Meal#6
Cottage Cheese
Protein Shake
Any corrections plz make them

Meal 5 i would have a 1 cup of rice, brown or white. Ditch the protein powder and orange.

meal #2 has way to much protein imo, can of tuna + pro shake, thats ~ 30g/pro + 45g/pro = 75gpro, just have the shake only with some EFA's, or have a can and a half of tuna, OR a can of tuna with 1/2 a pro shake with some fat in there.., meal #6 - why are you having so much protein again? just try and aim for ~50g/pro per serving imo..
rather than going through all of this why dont you just have a look at the diet sticky on the front page...
