Depends on if I can use some fat in my meal or not. If so, olive oil and vinegar or any type of vinaigrette dressing (measured carefully of course). If not, plain vinegar, salt and pepper. You could also try some fat free feta cheese. It's almost all protein and is really good on a salad. I also find that cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives and just a tablespoon or so of shredded parmesan cheese can add a lot of flavor without a lot of calories or fat.

Another idea: try making a taco salad. Mix some taco seasoning mix in with cut up chicken breast, lean ground beef or turkey and throw that on there.

its ok for cutting but im sticken to a contest type diet, mainly chicken breast and broccoli 4 times a day with some of the meals with rice. 1 meal of eggwhites and 1 pwo shake.
i have 2 friends who are 12 weeks out from a show so i need to diet down hard core cause i aint going to be the fatty of the bunch. but newmans is good for cutting, its all about how strict you want to be.
