    questions about the stickies

    1. what fruits could you eat on the cutting cycle (mentions there are a few....apples probably)?
    2. 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal, is that measured BEFORE it is cooked or AFTER?
    3. why is it that fibrous veggies are not counted? I know it says their negligible....is that because they're not a complex carb?

    1. I wouldn't personally eat any fruit if on a cutting cycle, or keep it too a minimum.
    2. 1/2 cup is measured before cooking.
    3. correct. Try and get as much green beans, brocolli, etc as you can.

    thanks. A couple more please
    1. Any problem with using hot sauce for flavour (I like it)?
    2. I have usually avoided them, but open reading the label (whole wheat, soyabean oil, salt) wonder if TRISCUTS are something I can eat. I have a family event every 1-2 weeks and there's so much I can't eat. I'd like to be able to eat at least something there.
    3. What is the CURRENT view on pasta (I usually limit it or avoid) and cutting?

berry's are suppose to be low on GI due to like fiber and lil nuts and stuff slowing down digestion and their composition but IMO they are still very sugary... just a slower sugar =\
