Hi,
Do any of you know any good programs that I can use to list what I EAT throughout the day.
I have these so far, and I am curious if there are better ones.
1. Health Kick
2. crosstrainer
3. fitness assistant
thanks,
testo

I love fitday but it was already mention. But its the only kcal calculator I use.
Otherwise the notebook with the addition of a pen works good

yeah, I use a notebook and pen. I figure it would be easier to have access to a database instantly

Sure makes it alot easier. But the positive thing with the notebook is that you after awhile remembers the macro content of each and every meal and can more or less calculate everything in the head. Very handy when not at home or when not having the database aviable.
You could always do something in excell to I guess.

Thats true, I had to do this for my health class awhile back. After a couple of days, remembering the macros became easier.
