get rid of the torillas and add more oats, you still dont have a PPWO carb meal. take the carb meal before your training and move it to the first solid meal after your workout

sodium is great i love it kinda... and i was confused about tortilllas as well but i would avoid all breads and such as they arent an ideal dense source of complex carbs. yams brown rice, barly, oats are much more suited.

looks good to me, as long as you follow it carefully and see how you respond you should be good to go. and as long as you're caloric intake is on the money and also your macro nutrient ratio i see problems with your revised diet. good luck and keep us posted
also, i agree with tai no bread, oats, yams, brown rice and thats it. and of course the PWO simple sugars

What do you see wrong w/ it. Also Tai you had just made a change and now it's gone. It had something to do with the meal with all whey and no fats or carbs in it.
OK Guys you can see who your talking to. I just posted my full pic in member photo's. was taking today. Now hollywood tell me what it is that you don't like about the macro nutrient ratio. The ratio is 47% pro / 32.6%Carb / 20.4% Fat. Close to the 45,35,20 that one of you wanted yesterday. Also eye of the round is the leanest beef you can buy......Last edited by tough old man; 05-23-2005 at 02:20 PM.

I have a small problem between now and Thurs when i drive to San Diego. I just ordered the Maltro and the Dextrose. It's being shipped and I'll pick it up Thurs. So for my PWO shake today I replaced it with 2 cupps white rice. Is that ok or what else could I use.

some kind of refined sugar would be fine only until you get the good stuff.

Here's one for you nutitionist trying to help me. On the pwo shake. Do you delete this meal on non training days? Because of the HIgh Gi's if this meal is not to be deleted should it be changed for some type of lean protein and low gi carbs.
