    carbs before or after??

    Right now for my cutting diet i eat all my carbs for breakfast and pre workout(at about 3 oclock). Now i was wondering how i should adjust my mid day carbs for cardio. I cannot do it in the morn, but can do it any time after 3 oclock. Should i eat carbs at 3 then do cardio after, should i skip the carns for lunch n eat them after, how should i adjust my carb intake for afternon cardio?

    I wouldn't advise eating carbs right b4 cardio as that is a bit pointless if you are trying to burn fat.
    What time will you be doing your cardio? Carbs for breakfast are best.

    I would stay off the carbs for a couple hours before cardio.

    So you don't address post-workout nutrition whatsoever?

    maybe he assumes we are smart enough to figure out that Pro/Dex and Pro/Carb-PWO-meal are a given?

    ok heres the deal, on my lifting days (mon-wed-fri) i eat carbs for breakfast, then pre n post workout, i was wondering how i should adjust my carb intake for my strictly cardio/abs day tue-thurs-sat should i have the same diet just take away pre workout carbs, then do my normal weight training PWO?
