Your Feedback on my Diet
First, i reviewed the cutting stickey and changed my diet to this updated version, any feedback would be appreciated. my stats 180lbs, bf 10% height 5'10, i will be running test e with eq and winny beginning june 1st.
my goal is to reach high 180's or low 190's with definition.
Please take into consideration that i work construction so im active all day.
5am bowl of oatmeal
2 slices whole wheat bread
10am 1 can tuna
flax seed oil
12noon 2 chicken breast
2pm bowl steamed brown or white rice?
5pm bowl of mixed nuts
pwo -protein shake w/dextrose
10pm cup of fat free cottage cheese w/ mixed nuts
along with flax i will include glutamine, milk thistle, vitamin b6, am i missing anything? i have all my pct on hand. thnks again.

wow sounds like what im tryin but better..and a lot more food in your diet,think i need to add more to mine..thanx for the ideas.

You're mixing carbs and fats(not good), and you need protein in every meal. Maybe you should read the sticky again. It's the one that says The Unofficial "How to Cut" diet.

protein with every meal is important but i'm not sure if my mixed protein shakes or egg whites willl keep in a hot lunch box all day until i consume them.

Read the cutting sticky again, in it's entirety, and post up another update, the above is all wrong(besides the last meal and PWO). Canned tuna/salmon will keep in your lunch box.

My bad, I read the 1st sentence of this thread and responded. If you want to gain you should read the bulking or clean bulking stickies.
