    Flax taste BAD?

    I always hear people complaining about FLax and how gross it is.. weird i have always used the same brand of flax FOREVER and dont mind the flavor at all and it even helps to make the tuna more edible.

    well i got a new brand and holy hell nasty... thought it was bad got a different brand nasty too... so my conclusion is

    Spectrum organic has best flax k thnx.

    If this is true, that is GREAT news to me, b/c the flax I take (or try to take ) Sucks AZZZZ. It is god awful. Please tell me where you get the brand of flax you take....PLEASE!!!!!!!

    In my exprience they all taste like as$. I just have a shake ready for a chaser.

    dood they do a dif kinda filtration on it as compared to others thats what fixes the taste w/ spectrum... and they are about = w/ their prices compared to others

    they even have cimminon and lemon flav flax ;D

    Bro, you ever try udo's. I tastes decent and I read that it has the best ratio of omega 3/6's.

    The Barleans High Lignans tastes pretty good too. Sort of like liquid almonds. I've had some pretty nasty ones myself!

    True. UDO is the best. Not for the tastes but for the omega ratios. Everybody should use it.

    I've got this fish oil made by Carlson in Norway. It's lemon flavored, and it actually tastes good!

    i second the carlson's. it's molecularly distilled, high quality, and you know what you're getting. plus, flax oil is very hard to digest for some people. not always the best option.

    I like changed up to udos and it tastes good too me. The other one I will buy is Barleans. Now Food has a pretty good flax oil also.

    I like the taste of spectrums Flax. I dunno who makes it for them but vitamin shoppe's flax tastes pretty good. I also rotate out carlssons fish oils lemon flavor and udos..

    Anyone ever use hemp oil?

    Anyone tried ths brand of flax? I guess its a mixture of oils...not just flax. Their slogan is "Better than Udo's" lol
