Tai's Diet Log :)
Just bored- figured i would post me daily diet in this thread till it gets del, lockd, or moved
This is mostly just for my own well being
Questions comments and input are most welcome
1:30 (its sunday i wake up late what can i say)
Meal 1 Pro/Fat post cardio

3:30Meal 2
8 Eggwhites
2scoop whey
1cup Oats
5:30 gonna go Lift...
gonna move this back to 6:30 so i can fit in pre workout stuff like
creatine/citrulinemallate/R-AlA/ephed/caff/Aminos/Glut/ ChromPiccol/Ambrotose/phytAloe/ActyLCarn.

Hey Tai did you just post your son's daily chuck wagon delight meals. WHERE"S the FOOD?. Them meals feed half of me now put up the other 50%. LOL...Are you on a cut right now?

looks good bro its pretty similar to mine. I usually increase carbs every 3.5 days...Clean carbs tho..

I reread what I wrote and I'll just clarify that I refeed with a clean carb meal every 3.5 days ...Dunno if that needed to be clarified... I also will adjust carbs depending on what your activity level is... Do you ever do any HIIT cardio? I'll do it once or twice a week...

How you taking you flax oil most of the time in your diet? You just mixin with water and slammin it?
