Mixing protein to get the highest quality possible
What do you guys thing of 1 scoop of whey protein in 250ml of soy milk with one or 2 eggs, or egg whites?
I want to take that shake twice a day for meal replacement and upping my protein since i am 200 pounds now and looking to shed fat and losing around 10 pounds.
I know that many people add great results using soy protein in there diets and cutting out dairy products.
I am lactose intolerent so get huge bloating each time i eat cheese, yogourt or drink milk.
OM nutrition whey protein is very low in lactore and doesn't give me thoses bloating.
