What to eat after empty stomach cardio?

What kind of meal is best after doing cardio on an empty stomach? pro/fat or pro/carb? And how long after cardio should I eat.

BTW I also do abs with my cardio in the morning as well.

I only ingest carbs PWO, and PPWO, and it's working great for me. The cutting sticky says pro/carb. Swole said it's okay to wait 30 min.

Are you on the cutting diet? How many carbs per day do you take in?

You have two choices during cutting imo

    1.) Have a pro/fat anytime after cardio
2.) Have a pro/carb 45 mins after cardio to maximize lipolysis

    I prefer #1

Cool, thanks. I guess I'll go with #2 since I like to spend time in the sauna after my cardio
