    Cottage Cheese question?

Good for cutting? I heard people saying they like it before bed but i know dairy products tend to make you look soft. Also my mom accidently bought fat free cottage cheese and i noticed there are 6grams of carbs in it and 5 being from sugar... Does regular cottage cheese WITH fat have 0 grams of sugar? And is cottage cheese good before bed while cutting?

It's a debated issue. Some say yes, some say no. More say no. The reg kind has less sugar, but still has a little, I'd say the carbs would be negligible in the reg kind.

Ok 1 more thing. If i have fat free cottage cheese, i need some kinda fat in there im assuming. There is 4 grams of sugar in a serving though and i have 3 servings. Would it be smart to throw natty peanut butter in there? Or would that be a bad combination of fat and carbs?

No need for fat because cc is alreadya slow digesting protein.

Just throw in some veggies for flavour...
