    Good Deca/Test E Diet

    what do you think is a Good Deca /Test E Diet for bulking??
    any help would be great thanks

    Stats....Age, height, weight, Years of training and of coarse need diet info. then I'm sure someone would be more then willing to help you.

    If It's you first cycle Test E or cyp @ 500 mg/ew for 10 weeks

    wow runnin it at 19 !
    i would read stickies ... and make sure to take in 2.2-2.4g pro per lb of lean body weight

    Not gonna comment on your cycle, but a good diet is a good diet regardless of what you're taking.

    only reason i state higher protein intake by 10-20% is because most AAS increase your protein synthesis and metabolic rate by 20% or so.. thus my reasoning.

    First construct a diet like in a bulking sticky - lots of quality carbs (potatoes,rice), quality protein and good fats.

    And THEN throw in some big macs, pizza and subway sandwiches to up your calories! This is a pure bulker, deca and test is simple and effective, just EAT EAT EAT and the results will follow.Don't worry about the fat you'll shed it later
