    i've read that book, and even though it advocates the importance of pre/during/post workout nutrition, the amounts it suggests are way off as compared to what you'll read on this board. i was curious as well to what others thought of this, hopefully someone else will read it and give their opinions...it's worth the $10 at the very least

    Its a decent book but I dont follow everything it states. Many dont use the simple carbohydrates as it recommends. Try it for yourself

    Yeah, I'm using swolecat's program now, and although similar in some aspects, almost everything is different. I love SUP2 though

    Berardi has an article with changed (proper) ratios for pre, peri and post. I would check out his website. The ratios Ivy et al. use are overkill.
