PPWO--when working out late.
I usually work out in the day..but on occasion I work out late.. 9-10pm like tonight.. I drank my 40g-whey/80g-dextrose after it.. But now its almost 11pm and I am not sure what a good meal would be.. BTW--I am dieting with a low-moderate carb diet.. I usually have some brown rice and chicken but I am not sure if I should eat the carbs this late..I usually go to bed about 12:30-1am
What do you suggest for this meal?

~SC~ once said to me: "If you do an activity that requires PWO nutrition, have it, regardless of time of day". Ive followed that methodology ever since with only positive benefits.

I would eat a lean protein source w/ low carbs. Maybe shoot for 20-40 grams.
