coffee
while cutting, should i limit my coffee intake? i'm a HUGE coffee drinker, so if i limit my sugars and creams with the coffee is it still ok??

I drink it all the time w/splenda and a touch of cream and it never holds me back.

there have been many studies on the affects of coffee and one was a 20yr study @ harvard on the long term affects of coffe and they went to something of this extent...
@ 6 cups a day:
Chance of acquiring Diabeties type II was reduce big
Reduce cavities (protective film)
help regulate blood sugar
helped to burn fat
helped prevent colon cancer and helped it to function properly
bunch of other krap i cant remember but only down side was if you had any heart problems you shouldnt drink 6+ cups a day and then you didnt get near the benefits.
almost all benefits where nonexistant when sugar was added to the coffee.

i love coffee and i think as long as you compensate with enough water that you wouldnt be dehydrated , coffee is certainly no problem and i think on a low carb diet it works better

I use to have tea and coffee with skimmed milk but now cos am cutting i drink black coffee, don't really like it as much but want that caffiene boost.

I have a nescaffe in milk in the morning (just 1 coz I couldn't drink it in water) and 200 mcg of caffeine b4 my workout...
