    digestion chart?

    anybody have a general chart that indicates the time it takes to fully digest different types of food? ive seen one before but cant seem to find one now...

    usually most solid foods range 3-5 hrs
    some liq and simple carbs can be a lil faster
    and if you eat more than 1 whole jar of peanutbutter in one sitting... it can take up to 3 days

    well thats just off the basis of how they affect your blood sugars truth is i dont really know i except in 2 hrs its time to eat again!

    i would think that simple sugars are digested within 30min...?
