Will this wreck my P+F meal?

    Fellas,

My P+F meaql contains 60 grams of protein from Steak along with 20 grams of fat from Almonds and FlaxSeed. This meal is obv very low in carbs. NOW say I get some steak sauce that has 22 grams of carbs.....19 of those carbs coming from SUGAR ALCOHOL.

Will having this Sugar Alcohol wreck the whole P+C/P+F concept? Maing my body a fat storing machine?

    Thanks
    BB

    Yeah, f-that.

Use something else to be safe, not only for the sh*ts, but some people actually get insulin responses from sugar alcohols.

Yeah no joke. I don't get the shits as in sprinting to the restroom or anything, just a helpful "push" lol.

I would use somthing else though for your Pro\fat meal because you don't know if it will cause you to have an insulin spike.
