    Question Quick Help needed. Jumbo Egg Whites

    hi,

    I lost my paper with nutrient values of a jumbo eggs. darn it.


    How much protein-carbs-calories in a 63gram JUMBO EGG(whites only).


    I have looked but most sites only show large.

    why bother buying the whole egg and seperating the whites when you can just buy the pasteurized egg whites in a pint sized carton or even up to a 5 gallon bucket?

    HELL yeah thats wut i do..
    that way if im in a hurry i can poor them into a shake or just chug a carton and swig some flax and head out the door!

    those are too expensive compared to just buying whole eggs.

    Not if your just after the whites. I use the Pint of just whites. It's around 4.50. I seriously doubt your gonna get as much whites from 4 dozen eggs.

    i dont know, i get 15 dozen eggs for 9 bux. that's cheaper than liquid whites.

    I rather enjoy convienence rather then seperating the yokes from the whites. Thats just a pain in the A** if you ask me

    seperating the eggs takes two seconds. Just crack the egg in the middle and switch the yolk from 1 egg shell to the other and the goo will fall into the pan. simple.

    Any way does any one know ,63g jumbo egg white, How much protein, fat, etc...

    I said that once joking around and my 50 sisters kicked my arse.
