My new diet, any good?
First of all, I know this isn't perfect, but I think it's OK. Rather than just telling me it sucks because of a few problems, which I already know (too many shakes), I would like it if you would rate it on a scale of 1-10.
6'2" 178 lbs, bulking.
Meal 1: 7:45am: 22g whey, 4 egg whites, 1 cup oats, blended into a shake
Meal 2: 10:30am: 1 cup yogurt 22g whey, 1 tblspoon flax.
Meal 3: 1:00pm: Chicken breast, brown rice, 2 cups milk
Meal 4: 3:00pm: 2 scoops NLarge2
Meal 5: 5:45pm: protein (steak, liver, or chicken) carbs (yams, mashed potatoes, or brown rice) with vegetable
6:15-7:15 - Workout
Meal 6: 7:30pm: 44g whey 80g dextrose
Meal 7: 10:00pm: 1 cup tuna, 2 slices multi grain bread, 1 slice cheese.
Meal 8: 12:00pm: Grilled cheese sandwich, 2 tablespoons peanut butter. (Have a feeling this last meal is probably pretty bad)

5 is liveable and so i give it a 6
