    Insulin spike question

    If i have, letīs say 10g of sugar or other hi gi carbs, it will have the same insulin spike if i have 100 g of the same sugar? I mind, the damage is the same?

    You say itīs worse because theres more carbs to become fat, or itīs worse because it produces more insulin ?

    the spike is usually to a greater magnitued and a longer duration dependent upon the foods that are consumed in conjunction w/ the sugars/simple carbs.
    also if high amounts of sat fats are consumed w/ sugar the spike is magnified BIG TIME ... very very bad
