hey whats up guys....i have never had to really diet, as ive been able to eat whatever i want pretty much my whole life...but the last 3 years ive put on about 50lbs. alot of it muscle, but not all of it. im 21 yrs old and i weigh about 175-180. im about 5'9 or 5'10. like i said i have never had to diet, or wanted to, but now i want to. i was just wondering what kinds of things to eat and not to eat. i read the diet sticky and it said to eat alot of vegetables. but my question is what kinds of veggies to eat, and what not to eat, what kinds of meats to eat and not to eat, and what kinds of fats to eat and not to eat. i would like to get down to about 155-160. also , is it ok to drink soft drinks if they are diet?? any input would be appreciated
