too much protein while cutting ???
Hi everyone, I wanted some opinions on my cutting diet that I began 2 weeks ago.
Protein: 2g per lb of bodyweight
Carbs: 1g per lb of bodyweight
Fat: Below 50g
Cardio is done for 1 hour every morning on an empty stomach. I am currently at about 10-11%, trying to get down to around 5 or 6%. The gear being used is.
Weeks 1-8: Tren 1/2 cc every day
Weeks 1-14: Equipoise 400mg a week
weeks 1-12: Clen and T3 alternating with ECA 2 weeks on/ off.
I would like to be able to bump up my carbs a little bit more, what does everyone think ? I also wasn't sure if that was too much protein or not but I thought it would be best to keep it high to help prevent going catabolic, especially because of the T3 being used.
Thanks in advance for all replies and opinions

You're ok cause the EQ and Tren are anti catabolic enough to hold off the t3. If you do bump your carbs up rotate them. Up on monday, back on tuesday etc...

wow way to research your cycle bro
lol alternating Clen /t3 w/ ephedra is as smart as shooting prop once a week
first clen isnt outta your system and ephed is bashing same recepts so they do not refresh... anyways if you have already started your cycle.... Im SORRY
EQ increases protein synth greatly so you can take in about 2.2-2.4gPro per lb of lean body mass as long as your macros are on track.
And why on Gods Green Earth are you cutting @ 160 oh well..

Ok, first of all ........ every thread I have ever came across on dieting/cutting has advocated the use of clen /t3 alternating with ECA, eg ........
Clenbuterol handbook
Also, Equipoise doesn't directly increase protein synthesis anymore than other aas, but it does indirectly through the increase in appetite ........ this is not an excuse to eat as much as you want.
I won't even answer your Gods Green Earth comment, (but please God stop taking quotes from a Frank Sepe column), except to say that somebodys total weight when they step on the scales means absolutely nothing. Bodybuilding is about trying to achieve the lowest percentage of bodyfat whilst maintaing the highest level of LBM. Any asshole of average height can eat shit, lift weights day in day out and sooner or later weight 200lbs but they look like nothing however I have seen numerous fitness models of around 5'7, weighing a mere 150lbs at 6% bodyfat with a 28 inch waist or only 15 inch arms ...... and they look absolutely outstanding and in perfect proportion ........... after all, bodybuilding is meant to be based on vanity

No such thing as too much protein while cycling bro , and if you can, keep the carbs low coz it will speed up the cutting up process, and the AS will spare your muscle
