    Pasta while on gear

    Ok, I had planned on staying away from pastas while on cycle (LBM cycle) but they are a complex carb. I cant get it out of my head that eating pasta is bad for you. Im sure its like anything in excess though. Am I wrong? Is pasta ok for an LBM cycle?

    It contains gluten which makes you look soft and watery to a degree, but its cool if you're bulking, calories are the most important thing while trying to gain muscle

    how about protein pasta which can be found in gnc ?

    i believe its like 17 grams of protein per serving and under 10 carbs

    aye pro pasta can be good

    only prob w/ pastas is its usually very carb dense and can f' ya if your not careful...

    personallly i think clean bulkin sux worse than cutting since you have to eat the same plain bland foods.. just WAY more of em

    I have pasta on occassion while cutting believe it or not.

    As long as it's in the right amounts, like the same amount as I'd have of rice.

    Just have to see what works for you.
