Comments on cutting diet
was up guys,
I am 5'8 195lbs 12%BF, I am going for a lean mass/cutting diet.
4 day split workout + 4 days cardio
MEAL 1
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese + 1/2 cup oatmeal
MEAL 2
54g whey protien 1 1/2 tablespoons flax oil
MEAL 3
7 oz Protien +veggies
MEAL 4
54g whey protien 1 1/2 tablespoons flax oil
WORKOUT
MEAL 5 (post workout)
54g whey protien + 50g dextrose
MEAL 6 (PP2)
7oz protien 1 cup rice
MEAL 7
3/4 cup cottage cheese
ABOUT 380g protien,150g carbs,60g fat
What do you guys think. THA

I would put in more whole meals...I'd take out those cottage cheese meals and have some egg whites or chicken/fish.... you should consume as many real meals instead of shakes...your body does not have to work hard at all to break down protein powders...you want it to work...you want it to break down real meals...
