    Question Critique my diet!!!!

I'm 165 lbs, 8% bf; about 6'1" looking to bulk

I work out 5 days a week with weights with moderate cardio as well

    WEIGHT TRAINING DAYS
    Meal 1: 8 am 60 g Protein/70 g Carbs
    Meal 2: 10 am 50 g Protein/15 g Fat
    Meal 3: 12 am 55 g Protein/60 g Carbs
    Meal 4: 2 pm 50 g Protein/20 g Fat

    1.5 hour workout

    Meal 5: 4 pm PWO 40g Protein isolate/80 g Dextrose
    Meal 6: 6 pm PPWO 50 g Protein/80 g carbs
    Meal 7: 9 pm 50 g Protein/20 g Fat
    Meal 8: 12 am 60 g Protein/20 g Fat

    about 3200 calories

    NON-WEIGHT TRAINING DAYS
    Meal 1: 8 am 60 g Protein/70 g Carbs
    Meal 2: 12 pm 65 g Protein/20 g Fat
    Meal 3: 3 pm 60 g Protein/60 g Carbs
    Meal 4: 7 pm 50 g Protein/60 g Carbs
    Meal 5: 11 pm 60 g Protein/20 g Fat

about 2500 calories because I'm a lot less active on my 2 days off every week

Protein consists of chicken/turkey/tuna/cod/shrimp/and lean beef for the fat meals

The 'bedtime' meals are Protein Shakes with Omega Oil in them

This diet is based on the bulking diet; the macros are a tad off, as I don't have as many carbs as I need. My Protein is increased a bit to make up for the lacking carb calories.

most of my carbs are oatmeal; whole grain bread; and dextrose in my shake

yeah, but on my days off, I usually just spend in front of the TV, or at the movies with my girl....

so I'm on very light, meaning my maintenance is even lower than 2500
