sh*t load of questions beware!
1-while cutting brown rice eaten as a normal pro/carb meal is ok? cuz i head some disturbing stuff bout brown rice
2-ppwo i can have rice,pasta,whitebread or is that a no?
3-if i wait like 2-3 hrs can i have a pro fat after my ppwo which i do?
maybe have some fiber after ppwo like 1 hr after it then the meal
4-where do u think the cheat meal should be ? after workout or b4?

5-since were at it is pure cumin powder high in sodium?
6-is it ok to eat fiberous veg thru-out the day between meals?
7-when should u take chromium and when shouldnt u?
8-wut r some high fiber veg?

aye but there are so many kinds of pasta some, if consumed in proper amount it can be a pimp PPWO other than that yeah i wouldnt eat any other time of day
