Questions on the Cutting Diet Sticky

I have a couple questions i'd like some clarification on regarding the cutting sticky, por favor.

It says to eat around 130g of carbs per day (for a 200 lb gentleman)

Question: Does that amount include the carbs from the pwo dex?

I ask because there are 3 meals that include carbs on the sample diet. I constructed my diet to match it but with my breakfast I have 1/2 cup oatmeal, adding the 100g of carbs in my pwo and then the 36g carbs from brown rice in my ppwo thats around 180 carbs.

Question: Is 80g carbs on non-lifting days ok or a no-no?

I ask because if I drop the pwo on my non-lifting days it goes down to 80g carbs for the day.

Thanks for all the help. I come here for all my information!

i would assume so for cutting yes any carbs consumed would count towards your carb intake regardless of it being your PWO .. all that would change would be your overall cals wheter it would be a moderate active intake or very active intake or w/e

Would 180g of carbs on lifting days be ok for me to do on a cutting diet?

    And 80g on non-lifting days?

    I am 6'1" 185lbs.

As long as it falls into your required macros based on your BMR you are fine (if that's how you figured out how much you need). Start with that and then adjust from there if you feel you aren't making adequate progress.
