So..............if you have caff with a pro/fat the fat will get stored as fat or am I oversimplefying (sp?) things?

That is new information for me. I have heard that caffieine can reduce insulin sensitivity (http://care.diabetesjournals.org/cgi.../full/25/2/364), is this the tidbit of information to which you refer? If not, can you cite a source?

If caffeine really did spike/stimulate slin, then ECA's and fat burners would literally have NO POINT to them.

You probably read it on a low carb website, all of them tell you that caffeine is no good.

I wonder where they get thoses damn studies, they change there minds all the time, i saw one that said caffeine is good to lower high blood pressure once and another saying that it might lead to stomach cancer?????????????
