I won't explain the reasoning behind all of them, but the majority are fatty food, high GI, (tostito's)trans, and the list goes on... what are you looking for here?? what are your goals with this diet? and like I said before... whatever works for one guy, doesn't neccessarily work for others.

JMHO, but I think you would see better results with a cleaner diet. Use the stickies to your advantage.

    I also don't like it.

If it were like the one I quoted, I'd like it more, but it still wouldn't be good...

Read the stickies.......and I'm sure you'll come up with something better and we'll go from there

Basically it's full of sh*t food, processed carbs, sugars, and is lacking in adequate clean carbs/proteins/fats.

That's about the worst I've seen.

Could be true, but what would he look like if he ate clean??? Some people CAN get huge, but I am a strong believer in proper diet being a better approach.

guess i shouldn't have posted my diet

yeah i understand what your saying and will read up in the forums. my other buddy works out like barely ever and takes no juice and does all kinds of other drugs and drinks alot. he has big ass arms. genetics play a bigger part then diet in my opinion. he doesn't eat often either.

Dude, posting your diet was probably the best thing you could have done... Don't be ashamed, just take what you have learned and apply it to your daily routine. You'll be more jacked than ever in no time. Best of luck.

Why don't you get your diet clean up a bit. I wont lie to you its hard to diet and i would be the first one to cheat.

I have tried lots of diets , low carb, atkins , low fat.

The best that works fine for me up to date is eating clean most of the time, and on weekends cheating a bit.

I take in 2 Whey protein shakes a day in soy milk (not the flavoured sugar ones but the unsweetened no sugar brand), since i am lactose intolerent with some flax oil. Tuna is a great source of protein too and you get your EFA.

Chicken without the skin and add up to 2 whole eggs and 4-6 eggs whites a day.

Worst you can do is become radical about your diet and cut out everything the first week, take it easy and try to cut out the foods that arent good and replace them with good ones.

What is your goal into this cutting, gaining weight???? there are various approach on how to do this and the guys here are great, they helped me fine tune my diet, my training and cardio and i am finally getting results.

Keeping some nice low glycemic index foods with you for snacks is also a good idea, i usually have a bag of soy nuts, very low carb and another good source of protein, lots of veggies to fill you up and curb hunger. Has for carbs i usually eat whole wheat bread, some whole wheat pasta and sometimes rice.

Cutting carbs is hard too, i don'T beleive in going extra low carb you do need some glycogen to fill in your muscles after you trained them.

But has everyone told you here SUGAR WILL KILL YOU this is the worst damn thing ever. Try to eliminate it from your diet has much has you can.

    Goodluck.

Jeffsz28 the thing is that you cannot compare natural bodybuilding with anabolic steroid training.

I used steroids in 1999 and ate so bad but i add a great shape, but when i got back training natural i gained a lot of weight ( FAT).

This is the sad thrut of natural bodybuilding it often sucks big time.

I don't want to use steroids anymore, at 33 and father and mother both have cancer i really wanna change my eating lifestyle and training to a more healty way of living.

Search this colum and you will find lots of great advise and the boys here will be able to help you fine tune your diet big time.
