    lets talk about veggies

this is the one part of my diet i know isnt right. i have never like veggies, and honestly i rarely eat them. are there any substitues, like multi-vitamin pill that can make up for veggies? and if not, can i just eat broccoli with 2 meals/day and get great benefits?

My father has colon cancer, and that sad event really helped me learn a lot more about nutrition and supplements.

TO answer your question if you want full benefits you gotta eat food in the raw, and yes that means veggies too.

It really isn't hard to do so in one day, check out this link it really helped me too and all that i learned about foods and cancer also.

Green beans are great, that is what I eat most of the time. I also eat brocolli raw w/real ranch dressing, as those both fit into my dietary plan of attack.

Nothing like eating pure food grown from mother earth.

the only difference with canned is addes sodium...drink more water and your set...or get salt free ones if you care about it.
