cant eat eggs, and i dont like oatmeal.. any suggestions?
? any help?
Yeah, #1. stop being such a b!tch and suck it up ;)
And #2. protein shake and some complex carbs (an apple, rice, potato, maybe some whole wheat bread...)
It's still early bruh, dark outside, so u may wanna wait more than 6 mins. to bump the thread. U also didn't list anything about your diet/goals/etc., so all I can say is "eat something else".
~SC~
Why not try chicken/turkey breast, cup of brown rice and a protein shake for breakfast?
I love my oats in the morning!
If you want to kill the taste of oats, add them to a shake. Find a tasty protein, throw half a cup or a cup of oats in it, blend the crap out of it, and down it.... plugging your nose works with this method. I love it though!Quote:

I put a cup of oats in a shake in the morning...and I look forward to it...I think it tastes great with chocolate mint whey...
Just remember.... in this game you don't have to eat "breakfast" for breakfast or "lunch" for lunch or "dinner" for dinner. Hell there's days I eat chicken and rice for breakfast and days I eat my eggs and what not for dinner or whatever.
i got whole wheat pancakes, add them with water, and put some sugar free "Artificial syrup" ontop.. it works well has like 27 carbs 7 fiber, 1g fat i think? i usually make me a bigass pancake and eat it like a burrito. screw forks, they are for pussys!! :1laugh: jk... but seriously whole wheat is a good carb right? ive heard mixed reviews
Look up protein pancake recipies.
eggs and rice is a good one too.
I didnt care for oats either, that is until I found the magic of Sugar Free Jam. I microwave 1/2 of oats with a tablespoon or two of strawberry sugar free jam and it tastes pretty damn good. And because I work 2 full time jobs I cant cook eggs. So for my breakfast I have a whey protein drink and oats/jam. It's not bad tasting, trust me
