    Protein suppl.

    Hi good people.
Got hold of a protein today (sample pack) and now I need some advice whether it is suitable for a bulking application.

    Here are some values;

    Nutrients:
    Protein 40%
    Oil 26%
    Carbs 21%
    Energy kj/100g 1900

    Minerals:
    Potassium (k) mg/100g 1800
    Calcium mg/100g 430
    Magnesium mg/100g 220
    Sodium mg/100g 360
    Iron mg/100g 7
    Phosphorus mg/100g 991
    Zinc mg/100g 4.5

    Vitamins:
    Vit B1 mg/100g .600
    B2 mg/100g .010
    B3 mg/100g 1.2
    B5 mg/100g .51
    B6 mg/100g .04
    Vit A mg/100g .8

    Fatty acids:
    C18:1 % of total fat 18.6
    C18:2 Omega3 % of total fat 62.1
    C18:3 Omega6 % of total fat 8.9
Total unsaturated fat % of total fat 89.5
Total saturated fat % of total fat 10.4

I know its a lot of info but if you could just direct me whether it would be O K to use. I do know that WHEY is boss .

    Thank you.

Grams would be more helpful than percentages. It should provide that info on the package, i.e, # grams protien, carb, etc.

Is there anything I can use or do to cancel the effect of fat and carbs as mentioned above?

I would say it is suitable for a bulking diet.

Try it, use it everyeday and if you start adding too many pounds or some fat, drop it.

I will not take more than 200 g of powder a day in any case. That boils down to plus minus 80 g of protein just via shakes. The rest with regards to protein will be eggs, fish and meat. next cycle starts in a week, sh)t I just can not wait.
