No time for proper eating
I find my worst problem is I have no time. When I get home I am starveing and the old chicken and tuna just want to make me gag lately. My usual day lately is as follows:
7am - 45 minutes of cardio
8am - Whey Shake, sugar free fibre one cereal with skim milk
11am - Whey Shake, Oatmeal
2pm - Whey Shake, Banana
4pm - (on workout days) Whey Shake
4:45pm - weights at the gym
6pm - whey shake
8pm - either chicken, egg whites, beef, or steak.
11pm - nightime casein shake
I heard it is bad to not eat at least 3 normal meals a day, is this true? and what are some quick and easy foods to buy? I did buy some protein bars today but thats pretty mush the same.
And on this diet I am not really loseing weight??? I am 6'3" 270 pounds. Around 30% BF. I just started clen so we'll see how that goes. I am also takeing all my necessary vitamins, flax seed, anit-oxidents, etc. What else can I do top dorp the weight fast?
