    No time for proper eating

    I find my worst problem is I have no time. When I get home I am starveing and the old chicken and tuna just want to make me gag lately. My usual day lately is as follows:

    7am - 45 minutes of cardio
    8am - Whey Shake, sugar free fibre one cereal with skim milk
    11am - Whey Shake, Oatmeal
    2pm - Whey Shake, Banana
    4pm - (on workout days) Whey Shake
    4:45pm - weights at the gym
    6pm - whey shake
    8pm - either chicken, egg whites, beef, or steak.
    11pm - nightime casein shake

    I heard it is bad to not eat at least 3 normal meals a day, is this true? and what are some quick and easy foods to buy? I did buy some protein bars today but thats pretty mush the same.

    And on this diet I am not really loseing weight??? I am 6'3" 270 pounds. Around 30% BF. I just started clen so we'll see how that goes. I am also takeing all my necessary vitamins, flax seed, anit-oxidents, etc. What else can I do top dorp the weight fast?

    to meny shake's there bro get some real food into you it's better for you

    lol, looks like my diet. I dont think that is to many shake's. You should try and get some more real meals in there though.

    You might want to try uping the intensity of your cardio.

    what you don't think 5 shake's is a bit much ? replace some of them shake's with chicken tuna fish stuff like this. you will find it much better

    try to get lots of different proteins. i find egg whites meats, fish meats (tuna salmon) are all good tasting and work very well

    Well it depends on the person. Some people can handle a bit more protien than others. A good way to tell if your getting a bit to much protien would be if you start clearing the room. Also depends on how much protien he is getting per serving. 60g is the max protien I can handle.

    Also with a lot of shakes fiber is a must!


    Large amounts of protein help with weight loss.


    Protein from real food is of course better.
