Help gain weight

I was wondering if someone could help me and post a sample diet to help me gain weight. Currently i am 6'5, 245 with 12% body fat. I play college football and i run every morning at 6 and lift every night at 5. Im looking to gain about 10 pounds of muscle but im also trying to lose some body fat. Anything will help me so please make post!!

Gain 10lbs Muscle and and lose body fat, doesnt sound like you wanna bulk. lol. You could probably acheive that with diet. As long as your training hard and keep your diet in check.

Yeah i know this but what im asking is how many meals a day i need and what types of food i should eat. I know high protein food but like what should i mix with my meals.
